# Nubuild

> Nubuild is the Liptak Group's Canadian-controlled advanced-manufacturing platform for high-completeness volumetric building modules. It is advancing a planned Phase 1 commercial reference factory in the Ottawa area, the operating foundation for a scalable Canadian SuperFactory platform.

Nubuild's role is upstream: manufacturing configurable, high-completeness volumetric modules within a controlled Canadian production system. Downstream partners connect that capacity to awarded projects, sites, financing, local delivery and long-term operations. The platform is in development; production volumes are established through downstream partners' awarded projects and definitive agreements.
